Product Introduction

      Wear resistant ceramics are mainly divided into calcium titanate ceramics, alumina ceramics and zirconia ceramics. The advantages of wear resistant ceramics are high hardness and bending strength, good insulation performance, and excellent wear resistance. Its wear resistance far exceeds of wear-resistant steel and stainless steel. Its light weight can reduce the operation load of equipment. Its strong bonding, good heat resistance, can ensure ceramics in high temperature for a long time.

      Wear resistant ceramics are widely used in thermal power, steel, smelting, machinery, coal, mining, chemical, cement, port terminals, and other enterprises of coal conveying pipe, transporting system, pulverizing system, ash discharge and dust removal system, improve equipment abrasion resistance, can also be used for ATM machine head and the inductor, improve product reliability and service life of the head.
