NS Ferrous has no magnetic field itself, so it is easier to go through printers without blocking. Newlife produces many kinds of different printing materials laminated on NS Ferrous, such as PET, PP, fabric and paper, compatible for eco-solvent, UV, Latex, water base inkjet digital print, screen print, offset or flex print, laser print, desktop print etc. We have also developed printable coatings or back coating that offer unique printing solutions and finished products.

PROCESS AND STORAGE:
l Working condition: temperature 15℃/59℉ to 30℃/86℉, and relative humidity 30% to 60%.
l Application condition: temperature change is within 40℃/104℉daily.
l Storage condition: closed preserve avoiding sunlight, in temperature 10℃/50℉ to 35℃/95℉, relative humidity 20% to 70%
l Shelf life: 12 months under storage condition. Unfinished material should be seal-packed, and used up within one month.
DIGI-NS: NS FERROUS FOR INKJET DIGITAL PRINTING
Newlife produces various digital printable PET or PP mounted on NS Ferrous, which are suitable for solvent or eco-solvent ink, UV ink, latex ink, water based ink. These high quality PET and PP liner material have an environment protection coating that facilitates quick drying after printing and a perfect printed finish. DIGI-NS’s total thickness is from 0.25mm (10mil) to 0.8mm (31mil). The width is from 0.6M (24 inches) to 1.52M (60 inches).
FABRIC-NS: NS FERROUS WITH FABRIC FOR INKJET DIGITAL PRINTING
Newlife produces printable canvas or other fabric material mounted on NS Ferrous, which are suitable for solvent or eco-solvent ink, UV ink, latex ink, water based ink and so on. FABRIC-NS thickness is from 0.4mm (15mil) to 0.6mm (24mil). The width is from 0.6M (24 inches) to 1.52M (60 inches).
PRINT-NS: NS FERROUS LAMINATED WITH PRINT FILM
Newlife produces printable PET or PP mounted on NS Ferrous, which are for offset, flexo and laser printing. The total thickness is from 0.25mm (10mil) to 0.5mm (20mil). Custom size sheets are available upon request.
PHOTO-NS: NS FERROUS LAMINATED WITH PHOTO PAPER
Newlife produces printable photo paper mounted on NS Ferrous. Photos printed on PHOTO-NS have the same high quality finish as those printed on normal photo paper. The only difference is that since your photos will be printed on PHOTO-NS you can attach them on magnet surface. Standard thickness is 0.4mm (16mil). Standard sizes are A4 and A3. Custom sheet sizes are available upon request.
